Your team is
far from Belgrade.

Pavilion teams plan from home. Once the pavilion opens, someone has to be here every day, and know how to get things done locally.

Equipment has to be bought and installed here. Things break during opening hours. And nobody in the team knows which supplier in Belgrade can deliver a replacement screen by tomorrow morning.
